It's very well optimized and easy to run, and the gameplay is fun and has depth.

Even though nuclear weapons are clearly the main feature and selling point of this game (which is expected considering the title and promotional material), i believe that conventional war is also well explored and while obviously a lot more time consuming and tedious than total nuclear annihilation, it feels extremely rewarding and overall fun to play.
