Select from a wide roster of occupation/types that play differently from each other, climb ladders, explore side scrolling reasonably randomized dungeon, simple merchant and "crafting", die often (true "rogue" style), lots of learning as you go along (not puzzles), tutorial, superior non-pixel graphics, fun just trying something to see what happens, Steam modding / Community, awards, an entertaining sherbet between courses to cleanse the gaming pallet, characters/games can be saved/resumed (if alive), for me it has been low investment and high return, Recommended.
