Although the visuals are minimalistic pixel art, there’s a notable charm in both the Outpost and all the environments you’ll traverse.
progression works also quite well. you collect exp, pick skills and upgrade said skills (similiarly to Starfield further skill levels can be attached to some sort of challenge, like reloading an empty weapon x times), collect all sorts of build-mats to create workbenches, etc. to craft and tinker with all sorts of gear and items.
This game delivers everything I wanted Zero Sievert to have and more; amazing graphics, great soundtrack, and fun but non-repetitive gameplay.
Also works on steam deck well.
