The gameplay seems simple, yes, but it gets progressively gets increasingly complex the more you play it.
Graphics are fine and runs well enough.
Game isn't too hard because it relies so much on luck, and getting XP on losses means you'll eventually unlock everything, including unbeatable combos like Misfire/Parry or Plunderer/Davy Jones' Locker, etc.
There's a quasi rip-off of the Pirates of the Caribbean score used in the main menu (at least it's longer than the very similarly PotC-themed single track from Clicker Heroes), and a more ambient song used during games.
