If the game weren't so imaginative and passionate, I'd give it a dislike, but both the fresh take on its mechanics combined with the bursting personality of the game are enough to make me want to get people to try this rare gem out.

There's a solid roster of characters, with a few added via DLC.

While music's always a bit more personal taste, I also really like the soundtrack here, it really contributes to the atmosphere, and I find the tracks are generally well matched to the characters.

It has a surprising amount of combat depth, as it uses tilt controls in a manner similar to smash brothers.

It's cheap, it's fun, the art style and aesthetic of this game WHIPS, tons of personality, and it's got a wide variety of characters that take advantage of a relatively simple but flexible juggle system, and the developers are indicating an interest in rollback netcode in the future.
