They did an okay job converting Furi’s gameplay into a simple 2D mini-game.
Other than the strange controls, I think a 2D Furi in 8 bit style could work out great with a couple of tweaks especially considering the original Furi was already a top-down game with 3D graphics.
The soundtrack also plays a major role in shaping the atmosphere of the encounter.
