TLDR: Mortal Shell 2 is a vastly improved iteration of mortal shell 1 that greatly builds on basically everything from the first game with out compromising on its core defining features.

Weapons have no stat requirements, and they got rid of the stamina bar which is a nice improvement on the first games short comings.

PERFORMANCE, 10/10: I HAVE NOT HAD A SINGLE CRASH. i have a good pc, but this game is the first in a LONG time to have insane graphics and effects, AND run flawlessly on ultra settings at a consistent 130 fps with 4k resolution.

I played on max setting with DLSS set to quality and the frame rate stays consistent at around 100-144 fps majority of the time with only a few minor frame drop occasionally.

While now about 40hr in Mortal Shell 2 i can say its a strait up heavy grinding metal, rock soundtrack paired with graphically beautiful brutal gameplay that doesn't just build an atmosphere, it submerges you directly to hell on earth...
