Sound : Yes there is variety music when playing the game and some ambient sound effects, but No moaning scene if will be added in the future will be perfect addition make sex scene more alive and hotter.
I find that the renders and the scenery often depict the right setting and tension with the colour contrasts and lighting and are of a great quality.
