While the game can sometimes get pretty difficult, the dialogue and puzzles are very well designed in that with careful thought it is often clear what you should and should not do.
Aside from being a visual novel, the primary gameplay comes from using the notes the game gives you to refute/support/question/prove other people's statements.
Voice acting is implemented selectively in bigger moments and chapter transitions, and it's quite good there.
