If you love high-speed action and skill-based gameplay, this indie gem is a must-play!
It has a massive playground to practice in and a ton of content with single-player time trials, a chill Zen mode, and fun-sounding multiplayer modes like Infection.
Running through SteamOS, it was buttery smooth and the vibrant, simple graphics really pop on that beautiful OLED screen.
the game is incredibly good and fast paced, I adore the 90's look and the music/sound design is incredible. but to be honest the start of the game is rough. i did the tutorial but what i needed to do was pretty confusing. the indicator was on the top left of my screen and it was pretty small so for 5 min i was just grinding on rails oblivious to what i needed to do. but after playing with my friend for an hour i learnt the basics and got pretty average (i got "local" on the timed gamemode) but if i didn't have a friend with me tbh i would of dropped the game, but i didn't and now i'm having fun
however, the performance on the steam deck leaves a lot to be desired. on the "performance" mode after like 5-8 minutes the fps drops below 60, which for these types games is pretty much unplayable
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
No themes split opinion in this sample.
No recurring complaints surfaced in this sample.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 3 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
