I think EXP should be buffed. after playing every single mission in the game, I am only barely level 4 on all of my characters, and I've been S ranking all of the missions, at least enough to get to your first perk before.
Red Dawn is a game I would describe as a game the developers had clear interest to guns and anime girls, combined both into a game, then realized they needed to figure out the gameplay mechanics since it's a game.
I like this game a lot, it's got fun and engaging combat as well as a nice art style.
