When it comes to gameplay, I noticed that it's not worth buying in the last garage auctions, only in the third at the most and then the profit is big.
Bidding on storage units feels pretty realistic and we honestly wouldn't want realistic yard sales because it'd be too easy to make money (though people do undervalue their stuff in this game).
