- Not much incentive to explore, safer to stand in one spot, but if you'd add pickup variety like say, small oxygen tanks that increase your time by 10-30, or even 20-40 seconds depending on how big tank is, make the spawn rate percentage tie to luck for example and voila, you have incentive to level up the ambiguous luck, and you have the incentive to explore since players could potentially be less punished for not waiting near rocket for 10 years, there could be some unique high luck items like screen wipe or time freeze (Gravimachina shouldn't be affected by that, it'd be too broken), also oxygen timer could be it's own mode, or it could have like "endless" mode with story being timed but once you have beaten the story mode level you have an option for infinite timer.
Tentative Non-recommendation; Even among 3D Survivor style games, Starnaut feels rather sluggish and doesn't offer the same satisfaction compared to other titles when it comes to progression.
Audio design complements the frenetic pace with energetic music and crisp sound effects that reinforce feedback during combat.
