STORY OF SEASONS: Grand Bazaar is not just another re-skin of the older game with barely any changes made (cough cough SoS AWL).
Although the beginning of the game starts off pretty slow, the core gameplay loop of getting ready for the bazaar is super fun!
About the voice acting, boy am I glad they went with it and can't imagine future titles without it.
I never played the original GB on the DS so I went into this blind, The music is so sweet, the graphics are adorable, gameplay is pretty straightforward so far!
Runs really well on Steam Deck as well for when I want to lay in bed and get away from my PC.
My sister was watching me play this and said it felt more like an inventory management simulator than a farming sim, and she's not wrong. 80% of this game is managing your inventory, resource gathering, and crafting, so if you don't find that enjoyable I can't recommend it.
