I could almost play this combat system as a standalone game, which is incredible considering everything else.
Gameplay-wise, it's different from your standard RPG Maker as it features an engaging Tactical RPG-like gameplay that pushes you to strategize before going after your enemies if you don't want to be defeated or banged into submission.
The voice acting is well performed and well directed, to the point that I wish there was more of it throughout.
Last but not least, Voidbound is currently in early access, but buying it in its current state is 100% worth every penny spent on it because of how good the plot, gameplay, and visuals are, and you can expect the game to get even better as it gets more updates.
