It probably wouldn't have taken me that long if I'd looked up strategies on how to optimize builds and things like that, but half the fun of the game is learning what works well and what doesn't as you go along, and realizing after 15 hours of playing that there's a whole set of features that you've overlooked that unlock the ability to play the game with significantly more control.
Arrow a Row is a fun little game with no microtransactions and no ads.
I love how each level gradually increases in difficulty, making it rewarding when you hit those perfect shots.
Its colorful art style is effective at keeping the screen readable even when combat becomes chaotic, and the minimalist presentation allows players to focus entirely on gameplay.
