The difficulty curve seems to be well balanced in a way that it's constant and kind of time oriented (meaning the less patient you are, the more difficult it'll be).

The cheerful soundtrack and playful sound effects reinforce the lighthearted atmosphere, making even routine management tasks enjoyable.
