My initial reaction was two folded, Gosh the graphics are good and Gosh the voice acting can be goofy in places.
The combat system itself feels more smooth this time around as as it reverts itself away from risen 2 and taps back to its root like Risen with some added tweaks and with a much more fun magic gameplay.
