I obviously still recommend, even if just for the soundtrack alone.
In general, COTW expands on the MOTW (1999) gameplay by expanding on the "break" system for a more dynamic combo system, introducing "EX" (i.e., PP/KK) moves that can be performed right when the round starts, and adding a "red parry" (hyper defense) mechanic that will entice experts from the era of 3rd Strike and CvS2.
