Overall, fun game with a ton of replayability; 10/10.
Again, I'm having fun playing this and you can't go too wrong with free but the regular game is too easy and hardcore is overtuned to oblivion.
I think it could easily compete with ~10 € sim games, and with evolved graphics, easily over 15 €.
There are some pretty silly ideas in here like degrowth, and like most games of its kind it is not balanced very realistically (nuclear is underpowered, as usual) but it's fun enough to play, if you can get past the missionary attitude toward writing most games of this type seem to suffer from.
