Stiff quest time frame - I get that it's easier to code that particular quest part starts at 'X' of day time in 'Y' place, but it feels unnatural to see character in the morning, needing to stare deeply in their eyes, piercing their souls while passing time to day (midday?)
From the outset, it is clear that character interaction and progression through personal storylines are the central pillars, with gameplay systems built largely to support those elements rather than to stand alone as deep mechanical challenges.
The animations and art style are really good, and are overall nice to look at.
