The first thing I noticed about Deadly Premonition, and something that has remained true, is that I love its soundtrack.

The Director's Cut provides some nice touch-ups, like a better map system, less washed-out graphics, marginally improved driving controls, some extra cutscenes, and an easier default difficulty setting, which basically lowers the sometimes ridiculously high health bars on the various enemies throughout the game.
