The graphics are pretty neat.
It's one of the best PvE fps ARPG-like games.
Music is good but could loop more (But to be fair from the start between the first enemy reminding me of a Cyst from Killing Floor 2 and the gameplay like playing Berserker, I muted music and played a playlist that added on to KF2's amazing soundtrack [Gorey first person shooter/slashers and metal go together like peanut butter and jelly]
Yeah, you are not just switching a slider in a boring game menu, you are literally switching it ingame, it looks cool, and you are highly motivated to raise the bar as high as you can.
It also feels pretty well optimized from my point of view.
