For under $20, I think it's one of the better entries in this genre, as it has a real story that builds on the characters and takes a few pauses from the NSFW elements to make characters believable and interesting.

Right from the beginning hearing the voice acting just made me lock the fk in and enjoy the experience.

Beyond that, there's not really much interactivity, but for a $18 game I think that's okay (games like this usually are pricier if there's tons of customization and control), and the visuals themselves are well done and animated for scenes.
