Trash of the Titans

The tetris stat-up mechanic is really clever and fun, and the tactics is really satisfying.

I played on Medium difficulty and it was challenging at points, especially on the boss fights, but it also allowed me to feel like a killing machine once my build got off the ground.

The playable characters are all interesting to play, some runs I feel one may be underpowered, but with other ability/levelling choices they are amazing.

For someone brand new to the genre I'd probably recommend it though because the combat is fairly intuitive compared to most other games nowdays which requires studying and researching yourself what all the effects will be of different choices and interactions/rolls.

The art style is cute as heck, the writing is funny and adorable.

Played on Steam deck, didn't run into any issues but the cursor does intuitively go where you want it to sometimes.
