As for gameplay itself, it is a survivor game....not a whole lot else to say but the game doesn't seem to do anything to spice up a bloated genre.
Best feature this has going for it is baked in online 4-player co-op play.
If you squint enough, it may look like a middle-ground between Soulstone Survivors and League of Legends in terms of visuals and feedback, which is a good place to be for sure.
