What players think
The recurring themes across 55 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Very fun co-op resource management game.
The misfortune & spite levels make each run have new interesting decisions, and the gameplay mechanics are easily picked up.
Would recommend more repayable options than increasing difficulty to keep the more fresh - maybe more classes that can be unlocked, or other options.
Also, some bugs make the ride a bit bumpy sometimes, but with every step being auto-saved, I was able to recover all progress by restarting the lobby every time.
Gameplay aside, the music, art, and writing tie everything together very nicely to set an elegant tone for your harrowing struggles to survive in this fantastical land.
The visuals are reminiscent of the games I grew up with in the 90's with sparkling indicators and "plain" pressing buttons which gives the lil dopamine hit of seeing something happening.
