What players think
The recurring themes across 198 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
2- Story: The first game didn’t really have a strong direction other than escaping the island.
1- Progression: Dysmantle had very clear progression where you were always finding, gaining, upgrading, or fighting something new.
Overall it doesn't feel like Dysplaced has inherited much from Dysmantle other than the graphics, and even taken on its own it feels mediocre at best.
I just don't think half the people know how to play it well, and I didn't know coop so I have no input on that half of the game.
A lot of fun to play with a controller for a mouse/keyboard guy like me.
Multiplayer is so much fun.

Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
