Although that content is now free, you become stuck in the never ending hell of STILL having to buy the daybreak all access membership just so you can get rid of items/put them up for trade (only 5 trade slots available without the membership), have a bit of a larger inventory on your character (35 slots available without membership), and in the bank (12 bank slots and 9 shared bank slots, in which, most of it is taken up by exobytes/augments/artifacts/non tradable & account bound items.
With how important gear is this can become a real bottleneck to progression.
