What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
The graphics are pretty dissapointing resolutionwise, and the user interface is clumsy and ugly at best.
On top of that, its co-op.
BUT running over hordes, opening your car door and smacking zombies while driving, the over atmosphere of the map and the storylines, voice acting, gore galore and development of your home camp and those who live there is pretty fun and engaging which ultimately makes up for the downsides.
State of Decay performance is good, but can use more optimization.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
