However the difficulty level of the game was highly diminished mostly because of the numerous choices that a well designed story can suggest rather than a linear dungeon from the first DL.

Modern ports by Digital Leisure mitigate some of these frustrations by offering optional on-screen prompts and adjustable difficulty settings, as well as a “Watch Mode” that allows players to simply enjoy the animation without worrying about inputs.

For starters the graphics are just as amazing as the first, and the inclusion of collectible objects throughout add a speck of replay value and depth.

The accompanying soundtrack is equally animated, swelling with orchestral intensity one moment and cartoonish whimsy the next, perfectly complementing the kinetic chaos that unfolds on screen.
