The roster is great, as well as the story and music.
The only thing that is objectively improved over PoFV is the stage progression.
I haven't played this game with friends yet (even though it's a multiplayer game) so I'm hoping in actual pvp the balance will be better (but from what I've seen it most likely not be) so just allow me to rant on the single player mode, specifically Nazrin's route.
There's some experimentation from ZUN's usual musical style which I appreciate and makes me interested to see how the next game's soundtrack will shape up.
If they aren't within like, 100 feet or something, have fun playing at 37 fps on the HIGH LATENCY option.
