It is a great way to unwind and relax, very soothing and the visuals are impressive (Even more so when using the offered 6k resolution).
As an Early Access offering at the time of writing this, I think there's plenty of solid, polished work here, more than I've seen in many other Early Access investments I've made.
Spatial Sounds adds AMSR-type audio effects that appear close to your ears, Entrainment aims to stimulate the brain using synchronizing audio beats and Humming Guide reprojects the sounds you make into the microphone back into your ears when you exhale.
Initially we'd recommend beginning with a bare-bones scene, then adding features on the fly through the session timing menu until you find what works for you.
