What players think
The recurring themes across 93 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Cute art style, fast paced and fun for all skill levels, tons of branching paths, practice mode, free cosmetics, and strong content overall for an arcade game.
It hits the arcade style gameplay right in the modern day perfectly at an affordable price.
Also, the OST is a banger.
Tons of Gundam homages, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ripping soundtrack, beautiful cheesy 00s aesthetics, some really good and useful post-release updates, and I like the branching paths and variety of endings, even if the Omega ending is a laughable sudden difficulty spike.
Playable, But its not 1998 where slowdown is expected and in most games. 2025 it needs optimized.
It does mean you can use something like a Genesis or Saturn controller perfectly well for this game though, which is quite nice!
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
