Gameplay
Players who bring up Gameplay mostly praise it.
The game features a fairly simple to pick up gameplay style in that of Diablo or other Looter Dungeon Crawlers of choice, with a fairly flexible system for building your characters, with characters all sharing the same level up grid but starting at different locations.

Monetization
Players who bring up Monetization mostly praise it.
Microtransactions enable different looks, as opposed to the in-game armor making you look cool - so that leaves much to be desired and it is not cheap.

Optimization
Players who bring up Optimization mostly praise it.
If you cannot create your own goals and find enjoyment in optimization for its own sake, you will eventually become bored.

Interface
Players who bring up Interface mostly praise it.
Its also time to have either currency go straight to stash or have inventory upgrades, for years the game has multiplied the amount of ♥♥♥♥ you have but the inventory size is the same as it was in beta, clearly this is just a hassle to manage at this point.

Controls
Players who bring up Controls mostly praise it.
That said, the UI in 1 is pretty godawful and is completely outdone and mostly fixed by 2, especially the controller binds.
