First of all, I only played local co-op with my girlfriend, using two 3rd party Xbox controllers... but it was FUN!
The gameplay was fun enough to make me want to at least finish the game (also Vlad is always a great character).
+Graphics and animation improvement compared to first game.
If you are playing on a console or have some kind of physical impairment that means you can use a controller but not a keyboard+mouse, this game is probably a better choice than the original as casting has been simplified and you don't have to remember spells anymore.
Controller support is not much better, Steam Deck play is not supported (though possible with a lot of button remapping) none of which even accounts for the in-game performance issues.
