It's worth going back and searching for all the easter egg characters though.
The game is clearly dated just from the gameplay/combat but the story line is top notch and is undoubtedly the main reason why the game was so popular and remembered to this day.
The story is also very well-written with a good variety of characters and excellent voice acting.
Recently did another run through on full graphics (Win 10, Core i7-7700k, 1650 SUPER, 16GB RAM), and the game was still as great as I remembered it.
