This one, for a positive side, has better graphics, I really like the pixel graphics, character design and colour palette, but the gameplay fails to be fun.

Great art style, great soundtrack, not too difficult (despite other reviews) and I love the card synergy which encourages you to play around with different combinations, where you can discover hidden buffed combos.
