Enjoyable challenging gameplay, unlocking new characters and items is exciting and the multiple different paths you can take in the campaign, and road events make the game highly replayable.

The level and menu art/graphics are excellent, though the player models look a bit too cartoonish in my opinion.

Frosthaven is an amazing game, in my opinion considerably better than it's predecessor Gloomhaven and definitely worth it if you like deep (almost puzzle-like) turn-based tactics and meaningful progression of characters and your main base (the Outpost) over the course of a story-rich campaign.
