What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Getting runes after the first clear rewards is so slooow, and also you don't get bonus XP when leveling new characters like in Dofus and Wakfu.
Super amazing and good gameplay
its worth it if you actually stick the game out and end up playing, especially if you want to do PvP stuff (as it gives you gems [The paid currency of the game]) but it also has multiple tiers to the Battle Pass (I believe Fortnut might have a similar setup) and in my personal opinion it DOES feel like the middle tier battle pass is slightly lacking which encourages people to buy the "Platinum Pass" which I believe costs 15$ (I dont remember the price off the top of my head so if Im incorrect on that please do correct me in the comments).
The visuals are cute.
Thus, Waven is aimed mainly at players who like Ankama's signature TRPG and art style/world building (which remains very unique and this time benefits from voice acting and an stupendous adaptive OST) enough to not feel bothered about the systems being left behind.
Each encounter gets tougher at higher levels and presents it's own variant of not quite puzzle like game play that gets more interesting if you do play with others in co-op.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. One more theme was raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and is not shown.
