The ambient sound when bait is cast into the water further enhances the experience.Although the game attempts to convey a captivating narrative, it is currently difficult to fully grasp the storyline based on the available information.
there are a lot of flaws here. initially i said to give it a shot because it seems interesting, but after playing for about 30 minutes ive realized it's just not very well designed in any way other than some of the retro graphics. it's basically a carbon copy of "mysteries under lake ophelia", and while the aesthetics in wretched depths are probably much better than the n64 style of lake ophelia, the gameplay in ophelia is essentially better in every way. if you like retro fishing games, or fishing horror, i would encourage you to try both of these titles, but wretched depths failed to "hook" me.
