What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Something that makes BA stand out is that you play through it from the perspective of two different characters.
The voice acting is top tier, and while the dialogue isn’t always great, it’s presented really well.
It blends the themes and visuals together effectively, with a nice range of tunes that are nice to listen to on their own.
I did not notice the soundtrack much but it did not intrude on the gameplay, therefore it must have been quite good.
The first act honestly felt like baby's first point and click, as puzzles were easy and your inventory was so small at any time.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 2 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
