What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Regarding the audio design, I do feel like the audio balancing could use some work.
You can now decorate Pac-Village with figurines, unlock new skins for PAC-MAN to wear and there's a much harder version of the main game after finishing the story, with a super secret final boss that I won't spoil.
Gameplay and Controls: The controls are very fluid and responsive – I don’t have anything negative to say about them.
Graphics: I honestly couldn't care less about the updates - It does looks good though.
Most of the charm the original game had was kept intact, though I do wish they brought back PAC-MAN playing with the title on the main menu.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. One more theme was raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and is not shown.
