What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
A simple 'reset' of the goddess area would have solved this - and I actually spent a good 15 minutes placing and moving stickers thinking that was the goal (there's a lamp missing on the right hand side and after trying to place the goddess/statues, rearranging all the characters, exiting and re-entering, quitting and going back in - I gave that a go too!).
The core game has a cute art style, a neat mechanic and just enough reveal/exploration/back-and-forth without feeling grindy.
It features charming, whimsical cartoon art that really suits the gameplay and story.
The music and sound design complement this aesthetic well, adding gentle ambience without overpowering the game’s quiet charm.
Some time has passed, playing with mouse & keyboard (instead of controller) and my issues with the demo being non-existent the more I played the full game, my outlook completely changed yesterday.
Played from start to finish on the Steam Deck.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
No recurring complaints surfaced in this sample.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. One more theme was raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and is not shown.
