What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Please note that there is much more content including characters and labyrinths playable now, as well as new achievements to unlock.
Also, if you like progression systems, then this game's a treat.
Edit: For people saying "it's too easy" You have to beat the game to get the harder difficulties... so by saying "There aren't harder difficulties" you're kidding yourself
The first section consists of what I'll call three floors, you equip up to two amulets (one really as the first is a must and gives you your only two first spells, the rest are defence and melee card) which you can unlock via just playing and have various effects and off you go, you have ten turns and then you get a boss!
A good game doesn't need the best AAA graphics, all it needs is heart, passion and respect for the fans of the IP, and of course Mashima found a way to deliver on all those fronts.
The soundtrack is pretty cool too.
