Story and characters
Players who bring up Story and characters mostly praise it.
Without buying plat some aspects get a bit grindy but it's not all too bad (like necromech grind for main story) and it seems that they're constantly trying to improve the new player experience as time goes on.

Gameplay
Players who bring up Gameplay mostly praise it.
The core gameplay loop is great if you like grinding materials, watching numbers go up, and turning your build into increasingly ridiculous damage, movement, and ability chains.

Monetization
Players who bring up Monetization mostly praise it.
The game gets a little bit boring after 1000 hours after you run out of stuff to do, but the studio developing the game is so good it makes you want to open it and mess around with builds or whatever literally just to support them (including buying platinum here and there I don't even need it I just buy it because of how good DE is) You can earn the premium currency through grinding in-game without ever spending a dollar, there's no paid DLC, you can complete 100% of the content in the game without ever spending a dime if you can't afford it, the entire payment model is "If you wanna" and that's fantastic.

Graphics
Players who bring up Graphics mostly praise it.
The story is amazing, the graphics are beautiful, and when it comes to optimization, it runs amazingly, even on older computers.

Optimization
Players who bring up Optimization mostly praise it.
In practice, it’s a deeply layered system of movement tech, build optimization, resource management, emotional storytelling, and questionable life decisions.

Audio
Players who bring up Audio mostly praise it.
Sound design is solid, and the soundtrack enhances the atmosphere well, though it’s not always front-and-center during gameplay.
