What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Playing them as you unlock them adds a really nice variety in terms of difficulty.
Plus, cute graphics, good design, and an absurd premise- really, Poke ALL Toads is by far worth the price.
It really is fun to just walk around and watch the characters interact.
Poke ALL Toads absolutely delivers- with an incredible soundtrack, especially for a puzzle game, not to mention the puzzles themselves- it's got a nice difficulty curve that never makes you feel like you're at a total loss, but doesn't let you breeze through the levels either- something that a lot of modern games are seemingly having difficulty with.
(Even that quibble is praise in disguise, though; that the game manages to present 149 wildly varied levels and still leave major chunks of its mechanics feeling conspicuously underexplored just underscores the depth of gameplay that's on display!)
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
No themes split opinion in this sample.
No recurring complaints surfaced in this sample.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. One more theme was raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and is not shown.
