Full Throttle is a classic point-and-click adventure from LucasArts that blends an intriguing narrative, engaging puzzles, and stunning cinematography.
While the remastered version offers modernised visuals, I found myself preferring the original version, as I am fond of pixel art.
I absolutely loved the voice acting in Grim Fandango and the cast here has done a magnificent job.
The game's gameplay mechanics are standard for a point-and-click adventure game, with players using a cursor to interact with the environment and solve puzzles.
The easy to control interface, pleasing graphics, witty and funny dialogues, fun and often imaginative puzzles and the fact that they are usually suitable for anyone regardless of age (this last one is not entirely true - there are plenty of exceptions) all contribute to this.
There’s a lot of pointing and clicking and the PC version has native support for the PS4 controller which is what I used for a bit while playing it.
