What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
It is definitely prettier (I love the cutscenes and the artwork in general - they're awesome), and I appreciate some of the new gameplay mechanics.
The game has some improvements, like slightly better graphics and more diverse unit tactics, and has some bells and whistles attached like the new titan system and a switch from the first game's single massive map to multiple smaller ones for this game.
- for the love of Orcs add controller support with proper controller design, controlling this game with a controller is tedious especially on steam deck + We need Steam Deck support :)
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 3 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
