The story of the game is quite simple and consists in the life of a dormitory supervisor who has to take care and keep clean and functional dormitories/apartments and everything was normal until the boss of the MC because he required more security for the property decided to install surveillance cameras which caused that the MC not only could monitor the facilities to keep them safe but also could take advantage of them to not lose detail of all the lustful acts of his residents, especially the sexy schoolgirls who occupy them and that they are quite perverted.

The gameplay of the game is to constantly watch the surveillance cameras at different times and days of the week to see scenes of the girls but also to collect information from them, as well as their daily routine to find them "casually" and start talking to them to establish a relationship and be intimate with them, the way to collect information is listening to conversations of the girls and then using your computer to search for them on the internet and go intertwining your results, A very innovative and entertaining gameplay for the genre of adult games, once you advance in the game and raise your level of "voyeur" you get access to the gentlemen's club which unlocks more gadgets to facilitate the task of spying on the girls getting duplicate keys to enter their apartments, sleeping pills, extra cameras among others, so there is a pretty good progression system.

Peeping Dorm Manager is a combination of a simulator, resource manager and visual novel with a protagonist quite similar to a certain NTR legend and featuring a wonderful Pixel art style combined with 2D animations to enjoy in greater detail the sessy bodies of the girls that live in the dormitory.

The sex sounds themselves still fall into the category of "same sound over and over again until the MC changes pace" Now for voice acting it was good as it usually is.... but again the problem comes up of it's only women that are voiced and it's only in japanese.
